Meditations of Innate Wisdom and Compassion as developed by Lama John Makransky are guided meditations. Everyone is welcome to these sessions - those with little or no meditation experience, as well as those with much experience who want a fresh approach to their deepest nature. Each group has an e-mail contact for more information or questions about the practice. There is no charge, but donations are gratefully accepted in support of this work.
